Everyone has the ability to be creative, to reframe problems, and to learn from data-driven insights. My approach at the EX and CX events is to help bring this out in people by using design methods broadly used by the most innovative companies and best corporate cultures:

  • Ensure everyones feel inspired and connected.

  • Make it easy for everyone to understand the reality of how customers are experiencing and perceiving their brand when purchasing and using products & services.

  • Create avenues for people to share their knowledge in rich, fun, and meaningful ways.

  • Leverage design thinking methodology throughout, such as encouraging “yes, and…” during ideation and helping people embrace the investment in research and understanding.

  • Facilitate learning using realistic and relevant case studies, best practices, and common mistakes, to enable pathways to success.

Conferences and in-person exchanges that provide value to participants are well thought out and designed with the participant’s needs and interests in mind.
